Online Government of Canada accounts
There are many online accounts that Canadians have access to update their information. If you have not signed up to an account you can do so by creating a username and passcode or using your bank institution login information. On the most part to set it up you will also need your SIN, and last tax return handy. This is not an all-inclusive list but ones we find most searched for, find more by following this LINK.

For Individuals
My Account - My Account is a secure portal that lets you view your personal income tax and benefit information and manage your tax affairs online. You can access all prior year income tax returns, Child Care Benefit information, and other tax credits. You can access My Service Canada Account from here.
Weekly EI reporting service - When you are on EI you must complete a weekly report every other week to be able to continue to have access to EI. Once you receive an access code you will be able to log in and fill out your weekly report.
My Service Canada Account - My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal that lets you apply, view and update your information for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS). It can now be accessed via My Account as well.
Job Bank for Job Seekers - If you are on EI you will need to be actively looking for employment. The Job Bank allows you to look through verified employment opportunities. You will also be able to prepare a professional resume.
National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) - You will have access to all your student loan information. You will be able to see the payment terms and adjust the payment amounts to fit your situation. Your student loan interest payment tax slips can be found here.
Change of Address - Address updates are not automatically shared between government departments. You will need to login to all your accounts and change them.
For Businesses
My Business Account - Business owners (including partners, directors, and officers) can access their GST/HST, payroll, corporation income taxes, excise taxes, excise duties and other levies accounts online. All prior year information can be accessed as well as filed.
Record of Employment on the Web (ROE Web) - For employers, accountants and other payroll professionals to upload Records of Employment.
Job Bank for Employers - If you have an employment opportunity post it on the government’s Job Bank. You can post jobs, actively look for recruits, and sift through potentials all for free.
Access Grants and Contributions Online Services - For stakeholders to apply for funding opportunities (grants and contributions) and manage Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)/Service Canada approved active projects within a secure environment.
